From the processing of green or black olives comes Pasta di Olive, the Olive Paste by Frantoio Bartolomei: the condiment that enriches even the flavours of the simplest dishes.
The olive paste is perfect to spread on bread and bruschetta, but also for the preparation of first courses or as an accompanying sauce for boiled meat.
Try it as follows: two teaspoons of Olive Paste heated in a pan with a clove of garlic, to enrich a simple white pasta with oil and Parmesan cheese.
