Tasting the Extra Virgin Oil: a cultural journey

DISCOVERING FEATURES AND PAIRINGS

The right balance for
each palate

Scent, colour, texture and taste: oil is not always the same. Thanks to Degustazione Bartolomei, you can learn to recognise an extra virgin oil of quality, by savouring different oil types right in the place where oil is produced.
Meeting at the table and tasting our specialities are the perfect conclusion of a day spent among the green olive trees of the oil mill, the tradition and history of oil and the memories of our family.

THE TASTING

Olio EVO: a taste
to discover

Frantoio Bartolomei offers you three different taste experiences, being capable of involving all your senses. Take a seat in our Tasting Room and let yourself be inebriated by the scents and flavours of our cuisine, which for history and tradition was born and evolved together with the extra virgin olive oil, which is one of its fundamental components and, therefore, its natural completion.
Choose the tasting you prefer and make your experience at Frantoio Bartolomei even more special.
