Our accommodations are located in the “Borgo di San Martino” built in the 70s right at the entrance to Montecchio. The small village is made up of 5 independent villas and a central building of 6 apartments; it is all inhabited by local people who live here permanently and The surrounding countryside is completely decorated by the main plant of these places: The Olive Tree.
The town center is about 450 meters from the houses and is a very small village about 500 meters above sea level populated by just 1800 people… we mean 1800 including its hamlets, little jewels set in Monte Croce di Serra: Tenaglie, Pozzo Ciolino, Melezzole… This is to tell you that if you are looking for peace, silence, nature and the familiarity of the country you have come to the right place!
1km from the Frantoio, our apartments will be able to offer you a stay of relaxation and well-being in full contact with nature.
