You can discover this product through a free visit and in complete autonomy of the Museum and Oil Mill or choose an ad hoc menu to fully taste our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, preceded by a guided tour by a member of our staff!

Tastings Menu
Fragrance, color, consistency and taste: oil is not always the same. With the Bartolomei Tasting you can learn to recognize a quality extra virgin olive oil, savoring different oil specialties right in the place where the oil is born.
Meeting at the table and tasting our specialties are the perfect conclusion to a day spent among the green of the olive trees of the Frantoio, the tradition and history of oil and the memories of our family.
The tasting menu is available during opening hours 9-13 (last reservation 11.30) and 15-19 (last reservation 17.30).
The menus are indicative and can be changed based on the needs of the group.
The dishes chosen are representative of the territory and the local cuisine.
Reservations are required at least 1 day in advance.
If the number of participants is more than 6, the tasting is served seated in our Tasting Room.
Prices include VAT, there is no minimum number of participants and include:
- Guided tour of the Oil Museum and the Attuale Oil Mill

What would oil be if it were not accompanied by dishes and dishes that enhance its flavor and qualities? It would certainly remain precious for its beneficial properties but something important would certainly be missing. This is why we decided to let you taste our oil combined with dishes that will make you appreciate it even more.
The Lunch and Dinner menus offered are also possible in time slots other than opening hours.
