What would oil be if it were not accompanied by dishes and dishes that enhance its flavor and qualities? It would certainly remain precious for its beneficial properties but something important would certainly be missing. The proposed Lunch menus are also possible in time slots other than the opening hours.
The dishes chosen are representative of the territory and the local cuisine.
