Monocultivar Moraiolo

This Monocultivar is obtained exclusively from Moraiolo, the queen of Umbrian olives. It is characterised by its sharp flavour and bitter aftertaste. We recommend it strictly raw to enhance red meat or grilled vegetables. However, to fully enjoy the complexity of its aromas and flavours, a slice of untoasted, unsalted bread is enough! An explosion of real taste, the one of Umbrian Oil.

Monocultivar Nocellara

A Monocultivar being a real interweaving of flavours. Out of the typical patterns of Umbrian flavours, this Monocultivar opens to the nose with an intense scent of green and tomato. On the palate, it begins round and the spicy taste is a pleasant surprise on the finish that makes it unique. The perfect pairing is with fresh and raw vegetables, such as fennels or radishes that with their delicacy are its perfect match.
