In the frame of the historic center of Orvieto, in 2014 the Bartolomei restaurant was born.
Just a stone’s throw from the Duomo and Torre del Moro, the Oleoteca welcomes you with a simple menu, made up of traditional and peasant recipes, enriched by the flavor of our oils and to be enjoyed on the table made from an old stone mill.
