Product Prices
The displayed prices include VAT, transportation, and delivery directly to your home, provided a minimum order is met and for shipments within the national territory. Otherwise, a shipping fee will be applied.
Billing
Goods are shipped with a delivery note, which does not include sales prices, addressed to the person who placed the order. Therefore, it is always necessary to specify a tax code or VAT number. The invoice will be sent inside the package containing the goods or, if the goods are to be delivered to an address different from that of the person who placed the order (e.g., a gift shipment), directly to the buyer via email.
Shipping
In Italy, the Standard shipping fee is €14.00. Free shipping is offered for orders over €250.00.

Product Unavailability
Product availability is always indicated at the bottom of the product’s technical data sheet. However, should the products be temporarily unavailable for any reason, we will promptly inform the customer.
Shipping
Goods will only be shipped to the customer after payment is received.
All shipments are entirely at the risk of Frantoio Bartolomei.
Within Italy
Shipping and delivery are entrusted to MBE, which may, in turn, use local couriers.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.
The delivery status can be continuously monitored via a shipping code provided to the customer by email once the goods are handed over to the courier.
If the shipment is carried out by courier and the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please indicate acceptance with reservation by writing “CONTROL RESERVATION” (specify the reason for the reservation, e.g., “damaged packaging,” “crushed packaging,” etc.) on the courier’s proof of delivery. Otherwise, Frantoio Bartolomei will decline all liability for any damages. Any issues concerning the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
In the event of non-collection within 5 business days of the materials stored at the courier’s warehouses due to repeated delivery failures to the address provided by the customer when placing the order, the ordered items will be returned to Frantoio Bartolomei.
Within the European Union
We ship to:
Austria, Sweden, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Spain, Switzerland, Russia, Norway, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, and Portugal.
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 days, excluding holidays, plus shipping time (Norway, Sweden, and Portugal: 7–9 days plus shipping time). For Switzerland and Norway, delivery times may vary due to customs procedures.
Within the United States of America
For all products except wine, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in the cart.
Examples of price brackets:
- Up to 2 KG: €57.00
- From 2 KG to 3 KG: €63.50
- From 3 KG to 4 KG: €69.90

- From 40 KG to 45 KG: €292.00
- Over 45 KG: €318.00
For wine shipments, the number of bottles determines the shipping cost.
Price brackets:
- Up to 3 bottles: €60
- From 4 to 6 bottles: €80
- From 7 to 12 bottles: €120
- Over 12 bottles: €120 + €70 for every 6 additional bottles
Gift-wrapped items cannot be shipped to the USA.
Wine cannot be shipped to Mississippi, Utah, Vermont, and South Dakota.
Estimated delivery time: orders are processed within 2 days of submission, and delivery takes approximately 10 days within the USA.

Satisfaction Guarantee
In accordance with Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/99 governing distance contracts, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within 10 days of receiving the goods, notifying Frantoio Bartolomei.
We will refund the amount within 10 days of receiving the returned goods.
